  • 16-inch mountable wall or ceiling fan with remote control
  • 10 speed settings plus natural breeze setting
  • Optional oval oscillation for maximum coverage
  • 8-hour timer; adjustable tilt; child-safe radial grille
  • 3-year warranty on motor; 1-year warranty on parts

  • Control this ceiliing/wall fan with a remote. Ceiling fans cut down on energy costs while adding a cool breeze to any room. The 16-Inch Remote-Control Wall/Ceiling Fan mounts easily on any wall or ceiling, and since it includes an AC power cord, you don't need to run wires through walls to power it. You also won't need to cross the room to adjust this ceiling fan's speed: Just a click on the full-function remote control will select one of 10 speed settings or switch from fixed to oscillating mode. A built-in speed control microprocessor simulates the ebb and flow of a cool spring breeze. The remote is powered by two AA batteries (not included). Ideal for those who like to fall asleep in a cool room, the 16-Inch Remote-Control Wall/Ceiling Fan has a convenient timer option. Set the fan to turn off automatically after one, two, four or eight hours. All mounting hardware is included for mounting the remote-control fan on your wall or ceiling. Additional features include a childproof radial safety grill. With its broad grille, sweeping arc, and remote control operation, this 16-inch mountable fan from WindChaser keeps rooms cool and well circulated without taking up floor space. Designed for mounting to the wall or ceiling, the fan is controlled by a microprocessor that creates a steady flow of air or ebbs and flows with the feel of a natural breeze. In addition to its 10 speed settings, the fan operates in a fixed position or oscillates in an oval pattern for maximum coverage. A timer makes the unit even handier, allowing you to keep it running for one-, two-, four-, and eight-hour intervals. A slim remote control with a clear, readable face controls all of these functions, as well as the fan’s vertical tilt. Sturdy and quiet, the fan comes with a child-safe radial grille and whisper-quiet blades. WindChaser includes all mounting hardware, a three-year warranty on the motor, and a one-year warranty on all parts. The remote control requires two AAA batteries, which are included. --Emily Bedard

They are AWESOME!!! I was searching online to buy another and Amazon had the best price AND free shipping! These fans all worked immediately and beautifully. The oscillation feature is terrific and the remotes are super handy! They have been TROUBLE FREE and we LOVE them!! They move a good amount of air in the selected pattern of your choice and are pretty quiet. All of them are used every night, all night long. I'd recommend them to anyone!! Can't wait to get another one!!

I needed a fan that moved air but didn't take up floor space. I have had it for four months and it works well. My only complaint is that the electronics require a remote to turn on and off. Not a big deal if it is on the ceiling anyway, but I had hoped to put it on a wall switch outlet. The fan is not low profile and sticks out from the ceiling/wall at least 11"...this allows it to move. I mounted it on the wall first and found it made an odd noise at one point in the occillation cycle (gravity vs. motor). I mounted it on the ceiling and this went away. I had to scrape the popcorn texture off a small area on my the ceiling to attach the mounting plate. It is hot today. I am glad to have the fan.

I received the fan, put it all together, and then pressed the remote. Nothing happened.
I checked the batteries and gave the remote fresh ones. Nothing. I checked the outlet. It worked. The fan didn't. I also rechecked the plug that is connected into the remote console. Still, nothing happened.
You'd think the item would be quality checked before it arrives. Seems not. Hope you have better luck than me since it's a great idea for a fan.

Don't confuse this with the kind you experience in waiting-rooms and such. This fan is weak. About as strong as a table fan, costing ten bucks or so. If that was the case, then it would be good enough to get 4 stars, maybe even 5. But That's not the case. This thing is way more expensive than the quality merits. At this price, all you're getting extra is the remote (not because you want it, but because you need it to make it work), and the ability to mount it on a wall. For my needs, the wall-mounting was important, so I gave it the 3rd star, otherwise it deserved only 2 on a price/performance ratio.

If you are a member at Costco, it's 3/4 of this price over there.

This is a really nice fan. It great to be able to mount onto the wall & the remote is great when you do mount it. The different adjustment settings are a nice feature too. The rotating action with oscilating is great! However, I've had to go through a couple of these fans within a year. Seems that the motor burns out quickly over time. I keep all my fans dust free (cleaning them frequently). With me living in Hawaii, sending it in under the 5yr warranty wouldn't be worth it. I had a different model of wallmount Windchaser fan & it did the same within a year.
